Background mode working?
#1
I looked around for any threads talking about background mode but I haven't found any that fixed my problem. I'm using windows 7 x64, tried enabling/disabling aero and dekstop composition without any success, on foreground the bot works perfectly, on background it can't locate barracks or anything. Pretty much same issue as the guys in this read https://the.bytecode.club/showthread.php...background

Are there any solutions or ETA? Background mode is pretty essential otherwise you can only run bot 5-8 hours per day

im using x64 also, more or less no problem bout background
but sometimes i encounter the problem you say whenever i forgot to hide bluestack or i left my mouse cursor in bluestack screen. what i usually do to fix that is hide/unhide bluestacks

That's not the problem I have. If I start the bot and it's training troops in barrack 1 then I hide bluestacks, it won't detect barrack 2, if I unhide it will detect and so on. Background is just unresponsive with the bot, if I run bluestacks on the background (a window on top of bluestacks) it won't detect barracks, collectors, etc. If I hide bluestacks the same thing will happen, it only works when it's on top and not hidden, I've tried countless times with and without aero, dekstop composition, unistalling/reinstalling bluestacks and autoit, etc. (bluestacks v9.6.4092)

Try This

1. Open BS and Bot
2. Click Start and on the search button search for "services" (the one with a gear logo)
3. Once in services look for "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager"
4. Right Click on it then click "stop" Right Click again and click "start"

there you have it... Background mode should work. (it works for me) Smile

p.s. You need to do this every-time you re-open BS.
If I helped you in some way, I woud Appreciate it if you gave me a Reputation. Smile

its something to do with you not having aero when BS starts.

In my case BS changes when i start it so The above steps reverts it back to aero.

here is what you should do, describe what happens when you open BS also give important details so someone in this forum might be able to help you. Smile
