I'm using Safar's Latest - 5.5.1.1 on a new account that's at TH2. It doesn't train troops but everything else works.

Edit: I think it's because a TH2 you can't set any traps and that's messing it up. When I switch to my TH7 account it works flawlessly.
Edit2: I upgraded to TH3 and it still won't train troops.

I found out what the problem was, I needed to upgrade my barracks to level 2. Level 1 isn't supported at all.

I'm having the same issue too.
I happens randomly.
In troops setting I selected Barch and this error happens.
Now, I have selected Use barracks, I will edit the post if it happens again.

I suggest use barracks mode only, everything else is buggy.
