Are you checked Controls in general tab?? (Halt Attack mode)
what is the droping trophy option?
sending a troop to loose trophies?
where can i find this option?

Ahh, you set that right?? so it only drop trophies if you not in Halt Attack Mode. this is not bug
Uncheck halt attack when trophy reached? Lol
just set a max trophy level and it will drop trophies when it is reached
