Hi, I'm new to this, so sorry if this sounds like an obvious question, but does this work on iOS devices (ipad, iphone?) Seems like from what I've been reading, most of these programs require bluestacks which works for android devices. (although their website says mac versions will soon be coming).

This only works on a PC using the Bluestacks emulator, which recreates the Android OS on your PC. There is a paid robot for Android if you wish to pay for it.

Close, it can also run on mac/linux using virtualization provided by VMWare or VirtualBox.
