I see that the new version is out but i can't find any changelogs for it. Then there is this clashbot.org website that is similar to TBC? Can someone clarify what is happening?

this is somewhat annoying. when you try to click some links here, you're being redirected to clashbot and they're hosting the file in clashbot. you have to register again

Yes , i have the same issue with you .
The new site does not recognize the username/password from the old forum .

There is not, https://clashbot.org will continue TBC Bot and all Clash of Clans related discussion will be hosted there.
TBC will be for RE/Cheating/Programming, as it was intended originally.
The forum DBs were not transfered so you must make a new account.
All donators before 2/25/2015 will get donator status on https://clashbot.org
