Hello Everyone! - GHzGangster - 11-05-2014 Hello, I'm GHz. I've been doing a little bit of RE for a while, so I was glad to see a decent-looking community here. I started off at RSCB / RECoders under another alias, not sure if any of you are familiar with it. It was another community which focused on RE and cracking especially. I was initially driven to it because "omg, roomscrape scripts", which really attracted the RS botting scene. It was pretty cool for a while. There were some really cool people there, like Contra–who worked on the CJBE branch. I learned some stuff from him and his tools, which really helped me out. It died out a few years ago, and sadly I have not done a lot of Java RE since. A project I work on a lot is SaveMGO, which is our own Metal Gear Online 1/2 private server. MIPS and PPC RE is also involved, so it's fun to work on (sometimes). Anyways, that's all I've got, don't want to bore anyone. I hope to do some cool Java RE again. I found it on Google with some ip address, I don't know what the domain name was. Just did a bit of Googling, and all I found was some old UStream and a thread on Sythe. Both RSCB and REC have been dead for a while. People were buttfrustrated and found database backups, which didn't really help. One day, the site just went down, Contra founded a company with some other guys IIRC. |
