My suggestion is that the bot should support multiple profiles that can be created and saved to the config file to make it more convienient. This would eliminate multiple folders and bot files.
PS. Special thanks to all the devs and this community for the coc bot.

Good idea but as an alternative you could just swap out say 2 config files delepding on which profile you wish to use. I will look into this however.

about config files, could it be possible to save/reload it without stopping the bot?
let's say you wanna change search parameters or troop deploy settings on the fly...
