check your trophies in game and your "max trophies" sets on your COC-BOT settings ^^ tell me if you solved !

what??? you are set max trophy to low... it automatically drop your trophy if your trophy larger than Max.Trophy set...
just change your Max. Trophy to 3000

There is 2 problem in this case:
1. You set your Max. Trophy setting is to low.
2. Your mouse pointer is in Bluestack window.
Solution:
1. Set your set your Max. Trophy setting to 3000 (like safar46 said).
2. Your can move mouse pointer not in Bluestack window.
