How can i reset my Clash of clans base. - apexgamerx - 02-17-2015
I kind of rushed my base with gems back when the game came out and now im TH9 with everything else being low level. The thing is I transferred my old account on to bluestacks so they both have my base on them.

What do you mean reset? You mean start from TH1 with a new base?

Go to Bluestacks settings and manage accounts. Delete your old email from there, make a new email and add it in manage accounts. Uninstall Clash of Clans from Bluestacks, reinstall, then go into game. Do NOT go into CoC before managing accounts and reinstalling.
But if it were me I'd just use the bot until I got TH9 to good levels. What levels are your barch and army camps?

My barracks are level 9 and my army camps are level 6. Ive gotten most of my walls to level 7 but there are still quite a few left. My troops are level 5 and below. Basically everything is like 2 levels below where it is supposed to be

Your army camps are fine. By barch I meant barbarian archer. If those are level 5 you are fine. Stop worrying about your other stuff, if you have TH8 army camps and barch, you can pull in massive resources. Offense is all you need to loot and catch up. Start botting and focus on barch and army camps first and you'll recover in no time.
