Didnt work for me also. im using bluestacks 9.1 since 9.6 you provided seems to be very laggy and buggy.
bot wont recognize traps.

EDIT: Working! i uninstalled bluestacks 9.1 and installed 9.6 you provided in the link. Set eveything as you said and its working! thanks!
Please add in OP that its not working with 0.8 and 0.91 it has to be 0.96 bluestacks version. Smile

I manage to find the solution for background mode after testing it out on few comp and laptop.
here is the step you need to do..
1) Download Latest BlueStack v0.9 from this link.. which shared in the previous post from dinobot. (version 0.8 will not work!)
http://www.mediafire.com/download/y287bs...BSEasy.msi

2) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueStacks  *Depend on which windows you using bluestacks folder location might be different*
Look for HD-Frontend -> Right Click Properties -> Compatibility tab -> Tick disabled desktop composition
-> Tick Run this program as an administrator

3) Download and extract the Bot file and register the resolution 860x720.

4) restart computer first

5) Open BlueStack

6) Open the Bot

7) Click on windows button -> type services -> Look for Desktop Window Manager -> Right Click STOP. -> Right Click again RESTART/START

Shadehappy Here you go...You may start BOTTING! background mode enabled, main screen locate successful, troops building Smile

Hi i followed you instructions, at first I am successful in Hiding BS , so I play other Lan Games assuming that BS is working on background mode
but then quite a while BS popped up redirected to its Home screen, and in the BOT Log it appears that it is trying to locate main screen . until then that
incident kept on repeating, i tried to read other threads but I can't find any fix to this particular incident.

I am not sure if this is relevant to working BS in background mode, but if I'm not mistaken working on background mode is like BS in stealth/ghost mode, right?
I was just hoping to do other chores in my Desktop whilest the bot is still working without the BS appearing.

Thank you so much my friend!

Try keeping BS opened & not minimized/hidden - not sure if that function works? You should be able to surf the web & whatnot, at least. I think if it's minimized, it will have issues. The bot may also have issues with another game running - haven't tried as it would kill my framerate for sure.
Does it work for you with just a browser over top of it?

hi thanks for the response, I tried both ways as what you have advised. As what I have observed, BS is still popping up redirected to its home screen and trying to run COC and finding COC's main screen. BS is also restarting several times. I am not pretty sure if it's
relevant to running it in Background Mode ? . Does this incident means that my BS is not successful in Running background mode?

Thanks .
