v.5.1.1 keeps saysing wait for full army while full

My bot does weird , it always says after a couple of hours waiting for army full... how can i change it to almost full ? i have 220/220

Use HungLe's mod. I'm using it and I'm having no problems with this. ( I had with the original bots )
