This is manual way:

Go to Bot Folder, find "config.ini",
rename it to "config1" or "config2" (change the number with your COC Nick name will be better to remember what config that is).

Open your new Vilage, open Bot, then the bot will asking a new settings (trap, elix/gold mine, cc, barrack locate).
The bot will Create another "Config.ini" for your latest Vilage.
The bot ONLY USE the file with exactly name "config" with "*.ini" extension
