what bs version do you installed?what specs do you have on you computer?reinstalled your vmware tools again, defrag your vmware. and if you have enable hyperthreading..

"Open command prompt first and type “regedit” without inverted commas. A dialog box will appear, on the left-corner pane, locate and click on “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” then click on “Software”. Find “bluestacks” and delete it. Then Install bluestacks. It’ll definitely work!"

for my part:
vmware workstation 11
win7 ultimate 64bit
2gb memory
25gb hdd

no problem on my part installing b.s and coc
