Sorry 5pArxz, I didn't see your earlier post in the thread. I can't speak for BlueStacks, but Andy always exposes itself as a network interface bound to 192.168.56.100 on the host OS. That's how I communicate with CEServer running on the emulated Android instance.

The port forwarding approach works too, and is a perfectly valid option.
