Bot not working in VM Workstation
#1
Hello Community,

I tried to use the Bot/Script in VM Workstation, but it always fails.
If you start the bot the GUI is shown for 1/10 second then it dissapears and the bot stops. If you click on the symbol in the right corner of the bot it says the script has paused.

Is there any possebility to get it work on VM Workstation 11?
I tryied to debug the script. Maybe its caused by line 370/371 as the gui dissapears after that commands.

Now the Bot is starting, after recompiling.
But i got another problem:
The Bot says: "Trying to get to main screen" although coc is opened.
I think i could be something about the resolution settings of the VM.
What are your settings on the guest and host system?

This command should be true, but its false:

If _ColorCheckVariation(_PixelGetColor_GetPixel(284, 2Shadehappy, Hex(0x41B1CD, 6), 20) = False Then
SetLog("Trying to get to main screen")

the resolution of the vm isnt important

you need to run the .reg to adjust the resolution of bluestacks, dont forget in the end you need to restart bluestacks

Did this and checked it in regestry.
I i dont get the message:
2015-01-29 13:18:24 : BlueStacks is not set to 860x720!
2015-01-29 13:18:24 : Download the '860x720.reg' file and run it, restart BlueStacks
2015-01-29 13:18:24 : Download the '860x720.reg' here: http://ge.tt/6Twq4O72
Instead i get:
2015-01-29 14:21:34 : ~~~~Welcome to COC Bot v5.4.2.2.exe!~~~~
2015-01-29 14:21:34 : Executable running on X64 OS
2015-01-29 14:21:34 : Bot is starting...
2015-01-29 14:21:35 : Trying to get to main screen

... then it stops.

Got it to work by reinstalling the VM.
Can be marked as SOLVED.
