In 5.4.x.x versions, you should use x86 mode if you have a 32-bit computer. You should use x64 mode if you have a 64-bit computer.

NOW

In version 5.5.x.x, I was told by another developer that the bot should be ran in x86 mode no matter if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit.

when the bot shows you are running on x64 it simply checks your OS and outputs if you got win x64 or wion x86.
this has nothing to do with if you compiled it to x86 or x64.

if you go into the taskmanager you can see *32 behind your COC Bot Process if you compiled it the right way.
this is how you compile it the right way:
https://the.bytecode.club/showthread.php?tid=296
make sure to switch off your AV during the compiling process since it can make the executable useless (at least avast does)
