So with the new v5.5 update, something me and several other bot users experienced is that your barracks open but the bot doesn't select troops to train. Well, after screwing around with the settings for a half hour, I found that if you have the max townhall set to 10, it doesn't train. So, just turn off maximal townhall if you want townhall tens too.
