you can change it in COC-Bot-5.5.1.1\COCBot
open Global Variables.au3
find this line Global $delayActivateKQ = 6000 ;Delay before activating KQ
then adjust the time

The value is in milliseconds so it's equivalent to 6 seconds

wouldn't be better to activate the power on almost half dead hero?

Maybe better, but much harder to implement...
that way it's working for most of the situations
