Running on windows 8.1 but can't seem to install the rooted bluestacks provided:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run."

I've tried updating windows, java, graphics card, and rebooting. All doesn't work.

Anyone with a similar experience?
