Bot not click 'RATE POP UP"

hi guys, i have a problem with bot on all version.
bot will not click "rate pop up", i mean like this :

how to fix??

but it always appears again and again though i click NEVER.

What is your bluestack version? original or rooted?

Base in my experience that message appear only in bluestack original not in rooted.

what have you done to resolve the issue???only press ''never''???
not even clear data or reinstall coc???
