bot know about your traps and clan castle ....so try locate barracks manually

i have tried that several times but to no avail

not much information. please attached screenshot, your OS, your BS version, etc so they can give you a specific answer.
another thing, dont park your mouse cursor inside the BS.

Are you trying to use background mode? If so, are you sure Aero is enabled? Right-click task bar, goto Properties. At the bottom, if "Preview desktop with Aero" is dimmed, it's disabled.

delete the config file then relocate all. and don't let the system goes to sleep or dark screen.

Make SURE that your bluestacks is in ENGLISH and is displaying the menus at the bottom, Also make sure it fits on the screen without being overlapped by anything especially your taskbar.,
