I did excactly like the video in youtube and its not make me the troops and not attacking and searching bases.. ( it say :barracks are not available)

this is my General log. Barack 3 was the DE Barrack next to my barrack 1 for some odd reason and it was training hogs.. Any help is very much appreciated. My system locale is English (US).. My army composition supposed to be 100% archers
