I have this same exact issue. I tried the Quick Start guide and any solutions I've seen in this thread, but I have yet to find a solution. I'm running Win 8.1.

I also have this problem, running windows 8.1 on a laptop.

My gaming laptop has windows 7, it's abit to noicy to bot on in the night therefore I want to use the other laptop instead, but it's working fine on the gaming one.

Two Errors.

It always says TH outside when not and says attacking, and says cannot locate dead base ..


then chose a not even dead base...
