I tried rebuilding the usergroup cache and reset the attachment settings, would you mind trying one last time? If it doesn't work try logging out then back in.

i'm using v5.3 for days now and it's working fine but when i try the 5.4 it's not detecting the barracks even tho i tried setting it manually
i will upload a video about my problem. im still uploading it.
