For my version of bot, try to delete config.ini. then just open bot and start bot. Then bot will prompt you to locate the barracks...

First, i did full format to my computer,Installed the same windows i had with the same antivirus,and antimalware tools i had..and i had the same problem.
after that i reformmated and installed another copy of 64BIT windows, Windows 64bit SP1 Professional MSDN and after that installed the same antivirus etc..
its sloved the barracks problem,but i had another issues that resloved after i uninstalled: Norton 360//Malware bytes//Emsisoft anti malware.
and now the bot works perfectly.

btw i also had to open everything with "administrator rights.." include Bluestacks,and also disable desktop composition for everything include the compile bot.
