As long as your PC/laptop doesn't go to sleep from the inactivity, yes, it will work.

its not working for me laptop is up and running so is the script but it doesnt find barracks/traps/etc..

what your OS ?
you need to enable Desktop composition or WDM

try to use default theme, dont use classic.

p.s. you need to stop and start desktop manager every-time you run blue stack.
