guyz, how the new feature "wait for 10 mins when another device open the village"?

because when i trying it to open on my other device it does not wait 10 mins . it just reloading and reloading and i cant open my coc whenever i want to visit my coc on my phone when i left it botting on my pc.

Can anyone help me ?

i GUESS ITS NOT WORKING THIS FEATURE. please . can someone check this ? :"(
