v5.5 has already been released. Download it and check for yourself. lol
No, it currently doesn't have an option to change the deployment speed but the deployment is overall better.
I'm sure some kind of attack speed option will be added in the future.

i already downloaded the newest version which is the v5.5 but i cant see the main application COC BOT v.5.5 what happen? somebody please help me
