Bot Clan?
#1
I'm just wondering if anyone would be interesting in forming a bot clan. I'm rather new, (to the forum, that is) but I think that once the donation feature is implemented, this would be a great addition to the community here a TBC. I'm willing to lead, unless someone more qualified than I am steps up. Right now, there's not much use for it, as donations are being developed, so this is just a heads-up. If you'd be interested, it'd be cool if you reply here just so the interest in a clan specific to botting could be gauged. Again, I'm more than happy to help organize this or even lead if people think it's a good idea. What do you think?

As I said in the PM, that clan seems incredibly low-levelled, and doesn't appear to be botting-oriented. Let's keep this thread open for now, and organize it a bit here.

This is a good idea. It will also be extremely helpful for developers for testing without constantly disturbing their clan members with random donation and request haha. Just to give you guys a heads up many new features (traps rearm, barracks boost, donation based on chat text,..) is being developed and tested by developers and will be included in next version. A custom image search tailored made for this game is being developed as well but still not reliable enough so in the mean time we'll stick to current method first. We're looking for anyone experienced in image matching algorithm or anything of such to join us and help out. PM me your skype if you are interested so I can invite you to developers' chat, your help will be much appreciated Wink

The clan is a good idea, but I would worry about the Supercell devs who are lurking here, being able to identify and ban users participating in the said clan if its name is published here Smile

Supercell can't really do anything about botting. A huge portion of gem sales go towards botters, and they can't exactly ban just the non-gemmers.

I've guess supercell has nothing do with it because botters just play like a normal player(just the computer doing it) lol
