The only way to react to this is by public awareness, post on this thread that a free version is located here and he's selling this product, I'd also recommend private messaging the administration/staff team for that forum so it can be dealt with on their end as well.

There's a few reasons why I haven't blocked guests, and the main one is SEO and I've always enjoyed the concept of an open forum. I'm interested in the community's opinion on this however.
