Dex2Jar is can convert Jar archives to .DEX format, and .APK/.DEX format to Jar archives. These Jar archives can then be decompiled like normal Java Jars.

How to use

Extract the distribution and run its converter from the extracted directory:

d2j-dex2jar.bat application.apk

On Linux or macOS, use sh d2j-dex2jar.sh application.apk. Open the resulting application-dex2jar.jar in a Java decompiler such as JD-GUI or Bytecode Viewer. The converter also accepts a DEX file.
