Wireshark is a free open sourced network analyser that allows you to record and view packets being sent and recieved through your network adapter.

How to use
Open an existing capture file, or select a network interface and start a capture. Stop capture after reproducing the traffic you need. Select a packet to expand its protocol fields; enter a display filter such as dns or tcp to narrow the visible packets. Save the capture to inspect it later.
