don't lose hope i was once 57lvl th9 but now i am 105 th9 ....it fine just upgrade your barch and start playing your game(you also have the bot now 😉 ) you should be happy that you don't have th10 at lvl 71
now it detect these type of lvl 12 collectors bases or full collectors  
thats is why devs remove to detect these bases i have many snapshots like these  
what is your th lvl?
it is working fine that base had less loot ...the bot does not consider lvl 12 1/3 filled collector as dead base sometimes these 1/3 filled collectors have 50-80 k loot and you waste your attack for only 50-80 k loot ...
