[BUG] 5.5.1.1 CUSTOM TROOPS/STUCK WAITING FOR FULL ARMY

This bug is always existing since 5.5

The bot is not training the right amount of troops to meet the maximum limit of troops. The bot should always make a loop to train troops so that it wont get stuck in "waiting for troops"

7 hours wasted due to this bug

waiting for full army then the troop capacity isn't maxed
