There is 2 problem in this case: 1. You set your Max. Trophy setting is to low. 2. Your mouse pointer is in Bluestack window. Solution: 1. Set your set your Max. Trophy setting to 3000 (like safar46 said). 2. Your can move mouse pointer not in Bluestack window. I hope it'll help
