I try the step ... create new user account in windows 7 but fail in using background mode ..

While using firefox ( open bluestack ( coc and bot ) i got an error barrack is not avalable ..


I'm thinking reinstalling windows 7 / upgrade to wind 8but i need first to back up all my important file in my pc.

I recommend creating a shortcut of "Find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects", it needs to be done every time blustacks is restarted.

Can someone try to isolate the problem? it seems to have something to do with Desktop Windows Manager (dwm.exe?)

Guy's if you want this fixed for everyone then please do as stated and not simply copy and paste the log file output...
It clearly states in Anditotes first post that you are to include a "small statement" telling us whether the background function actually works for you or not and whether it outputs a black screnshot or not.

READ what we ask properly and then the chances of us helping you are much higher..

Step 1: Start Bluestacks
Step 2: Run: Find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects

If this doesnt work check if background mode works on a new User account. It may be that you have a different problem.

while bs is starting, blue background with "initializing" and the progress bar, the screenshot is OK. bs open and not minimized, running in background.

already tried the tool to fix errors in windows transparency but no luck. there's no error found.
